CICERO, the third stop on the Nickel Plate Arts Trail, is a quaint resort-style community that features beautiful Morse Reservoir. Just 4 miles east of Cicero is Strawtown Koteewi Park, 750 acres of woods, wetlands, and wildlife. On-site Native American archives, dating from 1200-1400 AD, are being collected at the Park.

This lakeside community embraces both adventure and performance art with a variety of concerts offered throughout the warmer months and noted Native American flute performance and craft artist Earl Tharp, who regularly serenades customers at his local café.

Cicero is home to two selected Indiana Artisans, chocolatier Carl Harvey of Uncle Henry’s Chocolates and fused glass artist Pam Niccum.
